DEVELOPMENT, INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF AN AUTOMATED DOCUMENT DELIVERY SYSTEM
To facilitate its move towards online transactions, the client wanted to automate the delivery of certified documents to business owners and establishments as soon as the business permits are approved. The automated delivery of certified documents facilitates transparency in the processing and delivery of documents in real time and removes any potential third-party intervention in the process.
In August 2022, DigiLabs delivered Phase 1 of the Automated Document Delivery System. Phase 2 was delivered by March 2023 which extended the system to 4 other departments. DigiLabs delivered the following:

To date, the Automated Document Delivery System has delivered more than 290,000 documents with 24 full time riders across five departments and has received numerous awards for business excellence.
